Everyone at Ciocca was very helpful from the minute I requested information about the car. Tianna and then Ethan got in touch right away. Ethan called often to ask if I had any questions. My only issue w requested information about the car. Tianna and then Ethan got in touch right away. Ethan called often to ask if I had any questions. My only issue was we did have to wait a long time to see finance. Although they were busy, and while we waited Ethan showed us all around, which the kids loved. After we bought the car, Ethan, Brad and Luke kept in touch to help with my questions and issues. Overall very good experience. More
We had the best experience from our sales agent, Ben, to manager Kyle, to support team, Will, Derrick and Luke. EVERYONE went the extra mile-beyond the call of duty! Hands down the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Went in to buy a car and maybe trade in to buy a car and maybe trade a car in. Didn’t even test drive the new car and the guy l purchasing a car. Went in to buy a car and maybe trade in to buy a car and maybe trade a car in. Didn’t even test drive the new car and the guy looking at my trade didn’t drive it but somehow this took over 5 hrs….. this is after I had talked to a sales manager Brad 4 days before and he said we were good. Even had the financial stuff done online before I showed up. When I get there no one knew of my transaction other than I had an appointment. Financial paperwork is lost. The paperwork can be blamed on the system but really the other things as a part of my transaction were a complete surprise. Edit: Here we are 2 mos later. The lack of communication has continued and come to find out after I called the dealership asking about my tags and title that they lost the certificate of origin for the car and can’t get the title completed before my temp tags expired. They didn’t call to say hey we have a problem. I had to call them and ask and then they didn’t say we messed up till I was yelling and cussing the general manager. They did nothing to make it right other then offer a letter to give to the police if I get pulled over and say I’m sorry like a 5 yr old. I have been reminded of a valuable lesson from this dealership. Even though I paid them for a service I need to follow up daily that they are doing there job they have been paid for. Edit 2: Currently 70 days since they took my money. Still no title. Edit 3: 71 days and after me calling again I got a call back saying they had the title and had submitted for the tag. More
