And not to be undone...Brian stepped in to "deliver" the car to us since Bob was off that day and on vacation...he too was extremely courteous and thorough...great experience. Lastly, Brian handled the finance paperwork and I really appreciated his organization skills and overly pleasant demeanor. Oops...one more thing...when I went to pick up the plates...I had a small issue that was handle professionally and efficiently by Rick.
