Loan rates were very average especially since Subaru and Chase advertise better rates online. I bought 3 Subarus from the dealership before when it was called Flemington Subaru, but I can't say that I felt appreciated as a loyal customer this time. My overall impression so far is that the quality of both sales and also service departments where I had my other Subarus serviced got worse since they became Ciocca Subaru - more impersonal and less customer focused. More
