We dealt with Karin during the research process (about two weeks), Alex for the actual sale, and Rick for the final paperwork. Karin was most helpful during the entire process, and made us feel our satisfaction was her primary goal. Most of our interaction was via email (our preferred mode of communication) and she was prompt, thorough, and fair on features, availability, and pricing. Once we made the choice of vehicle, Alex handled all the sale details over the phone in a couple of days. Our actual visit to the showroom to pick up the car took about 1.5 hours, during which Alex gave a demo of all the features of the new car and Rick led us through the financial forms. There are other Subaru dealerships closer to where we live, and we dealt with a few, but we preferred to finally go with Flemington because of the quality of service detailed above. More
