This was the first service for my 2023 Crosstrek. There have been major changes in the service dept since our last visits in Feb and July 2023, new service manager, new service associates, new assist There have been major changes in the service dept since our last visits in Feb and July 2023, new service manager, new service associates, new assistants, retirements and folk moving on, etc. Most of these changes had happened within the last month with new personal. Even though Michael had been there less than a month, he took very good care of overseeing my Crosstrek's first service, a simple service of oil change, tire rotation, and free multipoint inspection. The only conusfin part of the service, was that while the tech (Ryan) gave me numbers for my battery, tires and brakes, they were not listed on my receipt. And it was unclear to me what fluids were checked, in particular the washer fluid. These items used to listed on my receipt and I hope that they go back to listing all items checked in the free mulit-point inspection as I use my old receipts to be alert for what I might need on future services. I am still new to the Crosstrek and getting used her new to features, in this case the eyesight camera on my front windshield. As I could not easily see how much fluid was in washer fluid tank I went in the next day and Ryan, who took care of my service the day before filled the washer fluid tank to the top, in fact he had told me he had filled it the day before. I knew where the washer fluid tank but he showed it to me again. I was appreciative of the time he spent and that he did fill the washer fluid tank to the top while respecting me. He was very sweet and took a little time to answer my questions about what washer fluid I can use on my eyesight windshield. He told me I can use any fluid but understood my questions about eyesight and washer fluid. More
