Karin was courteous, answered all my questions and arranged for me to test 2017 Forester. Then she passed me over to Alex to cover the rest of the process. Alex was enormously professional and experienced during the process of purchasing the car. No stress in dealing with him. Upon completion of the process and while picking my purchased car, Alex patiently spent time by showing me on how to use the new features in detail. It was then that I met Andrey to calmly and professionally convinced me that this dealership had no gimics, no come ons and would listen to what I wanted to put me into the vehicle that best suited me. He and the rest of the dealership bent over backwards to find me the right car in the perfect color with all of the perks that I wanted for the price that I could afford. There is no comparison between the crooks at the Morristown and Union dealership (Open Road affiliates......UGH!) I made one visit to close the deal on my 2017 WRX Limited HUQ-22 DGM and another to test drive a WRX with manual transmission which they didn't have on the lot at the time of my first visit. The wait for the build and shipment from Japan was long, but they provided me with a VON and a VIN as soon as it was available. My third visit was on delivery day, Nick was able to get a very competitive finance rate for me and was very efficient with the paperwork as well as going over all the details of the transaction. I will be looking forward to working with the service department over the next few years. More
