As usual with this dealer I get a call my car may not be done until next day. I did not get any messages, just two hangups. I had to call back to get answers. I was extremely surprised to find out I was charged $437.90 to install a $15 exhaust sleeve. I understand it had to be welded but based on hourly wage it had to be over $200 hourly charge. I know dealers charge exorbitantly high rates but this is excessive. I have been charged 3x the cost of parts at this dealer. They always seem to be overbooked because more often than not I get a call my car may not be finished until next day and always drop off before opening and leave it all day. Ever since the dealer was bought out things have gotten worse, terrible communication, overbooking, overpriced ripoff. The only reason I use them is I can walk to work after dropping car off. I may be looking into another service center and pay for a car rental. More
