3/26/21-Trisha Malavasi was my service advisor for my Crosstrek service on 3/24/21. She kept me apprised while my car was being serviced and researched my questions about suggested service. The only thing missing from my bill was the printout of the 27 point check with recommended service and associated charges. My invoice showed an estimate of $479.72 but no itemized list of charges. Since the printout is normally included, the omission is assumed to be an oversight. My concern about the sound of my transmission was determined to be rear wheel bearings. When the bearings are replaced it is hoped the sound disappears. More
