Stopped by to test drive a vehicle. Jeanette insisted on going along for the drive and was extremely rude throughout. She acted oblivious when I brought up well known quality issues with the previous models going along for the drive and was extremely rude throughout. She acted oblivious when I brought up well known quality issues with the previous models, i e the ones with class action lawsuits, and kept arguing with me and then muttering under her breath. So the test drive was tense and I was more focused in her conversation than the experience. Ultimately while the car wasn’t right for me, there was no reason for the salesperson to behave abhorrently. I have been to several other dealerships in the area and the test drive experience was completely different. Recommend moving on to someone else. More
The service on my car was performed excellently, and the wait was minimal. I sat in the waiting room and watched the staff work hard to make sure every customer was cared for in the best way possible for th wait was minimal. They went out of their way to get information for customers, and the action was truly non-stop. They were courteous no matter what came to them. After watching for less than an hour, I was exhausted for them, but they were unflagging in their excellent customer service. Thank you, Subaru! More

Trisha is both knowledgeable and gracious. She was both efficient and explanatory. While she was very helpful, when I asked another woman in service to check to make sure exterior stickers were removed fro efficient and explanatory. The recall on my Forester was performed without any problems. The wait time was as I was told. The staff was friendly and seemed well informed. The attention provided to me, by everyone at the dealership, was phenomenal. From the very first phone call to connect with them regarding the car I was interested in leasing, to the days after I dealership, was phenomenal. From the very first phone call to connect with them regarding the car I was interested in leasing, to the days after I went home with the car, they were most agreeable in addressing my concerns. Frank and Chris made themselves available to me either by phone or email. They responded to my many queries in a very timely manner. Never did I feel that I was unwelcome to contact them no matter any concern I had. Chris was very patient with as he helped me by phone to review the many aspects of the cars technology. The business manager, Andre made the financial process so easy. All the necessary paperwork was taken care of when we arrived. He explained all the numerous options available to me and never did I feel any pressure to choose anything more than I was interested in purchasing. More
