We are on probably our 7th Subaru over the last 30+ years. We have had Foresters and Outbacks and have found them to be so very reliable in all kinds of weather and terrain. Little disappointed this time. Brought car in at 56,000 miles on a recall. Was advised that they could do 60,000 mile checkup. I agreed. Brought car in on 6/24/2021. for oil change etc. Then was advised n miles on a recall. Was advised that they could do 60,000 mile checkup. I agreed. Brought car in on 6/24/2021. for oil change etc. Then was advised needed work that should have been done at 60,000 miles. Again, I agreed to the tune of 546 dollars. Need to get clear what is to be done and when. to avoid this kind of thing. Other than that you provide very good service. More
