When I scheduled my appointment I was asked if I wanted a loaner. I said yes, so I didn't think I had to ask about it when I got to the Dealership. I was later informed that there were no loaners available that day. Also, when I scheduled my appointment, I advised that my battery had died during the winter and since replacing it, the back hatch doesn't always open unless the car has been running for ten minutes or so. They said they would check it out, but apparently that wasn't done either. You really need to speak to the people who schedule the appointments and tell them to ensure that they document everything that is asked for and to not offer loaners, without checking to see that there will be some on hand for that day. I had to sit around for three hours waiting for the service to be done. I have never had an experience like this with your Dealership previously.
