Service department itself is good, but its use of a concierge service stinks. It is difficult (and sometimes impossible) to talk to anyone who actually works at the service desk. The concierge only works with scheduling simple appointments. If I need a loaner car, if I miss a call from the service desk, or if I need to ask about the status of my car, I have to ask the concierge to connect me to the service desk. Usually this takes 15 - 30 minutes, but sometimes it takes hours. On Tuesday 8/17, my calls were never returned. This is very aggravating. More

Purchased my second vehicle from this location. Very happy with my first transaction, and even happier this time. Sales staff courteous and helpful. I knew what I wanted and they recognized that. Very happy with my car. Only problem is cars last so long it will be a while before I have to buy another one and visit them again. I will wave at service times though. More

Poor communication in the service dept. We were told car would take 1 hour to be serviced. It was on your lot at 1 pm. At 4 pm since we did not hear from you, I called. The car was at that time just he would take 1 hour to be serviced. It was on your lot at 1 pm. At 4 pm since we did not hear from you, I called. The car was at that time just heading into the service bay. You need to hire more employees for the service dept, phones go unanswered! You need to tell customers if they are unable to wait for their car it will be left till the end of your business day to be serviced. We are very senior citizens, 92 and 85. Our car was picked up the next day by family who were unable to do so on Thursday after 3pm. To be without a car if needed is not a good feeling. The service was good.
