This recent visit I had a coupon for the service. Multiple times I informed the Service Dept staff I had a coupon for the service. When the invoice was printed out, it did not show the coupon wa Multiple times I informed the Service Dept staff I had a coupon for the service. When the invoice was printed out, it did not show the coupon was applied to the total due. How did they adjust the bill? They pulled out a desktop calculator to manually figure out what the total should be! Why should your staff have to manually calculate what the total should be with a calculator? Doing it in this manner introduces the chance for errors. In 2021, don’t you think the invoice generating system should be able to adjust the total by applying the coupon value?!?! Here are some suggestions: Have the invoice generating system a) record there is a coupon to be applied to a selected service and b) apply the coupon when creating the invoice. This is not a revolutionary idea. It would benefit your staff as well as the show your customers you have the best service - not only when it comes to cars! Thanks for washing my car! More

The general manager Frank came over to speak to us and explain the maintenance that was previously done on the car.
