Everything was a great experience except for Tom in finance. Once he finally accepted that we weren’t buying an extended warranty (which we said over and over from the beginning), his attitude went fro finance. He led me through all the features and tech (far more than my 2015) with patience and expertise. I bought the car and Dan offered to show me more ways to work with the car when I return to pick up my license plates.
