My first contact person, Tom Calianno, was great to communicate with via email. He was able to quickly give me the sight unseen value of my trade in, and give me a ballpark idea of what my new payment communicate with via email. I've had a very frustrating experience this week trying help my daughter lease Dealer wouldn't honor the lease deal advertised on their website. At the dealership on 1/23/21, the sales manager played the old "hide the key to the trade," "leave the customer ignored at the salesman's desk for a half hour," and "let's make a ridiculously low trade offer" games. Followups via email over the course of the week weren't any better. I had an excellent experience in 2019 when I leased my Forester, but this week reinforced all the old slimy car dealer stereotypes More

I had my oil change (only that I asked for) and got stuck staying there the whole day!!! Telling me I need this and that. After the misunderstanding of what I though I was getting out of all this charged me staying there the whole day!!! Telling me I need this and that. I was told that I will get the fully refund back becuz of been at the waiting room for good long whole day!! I had to go out of town and got back no refund will been sent to me and I found all my conversation wasn’t find on my phone ...scare me that how that got removed and now I’m stuck with no refund and very unhappy feeling abt this Subaru.
