I was debating between a Subaru ascent and a different make/model of a 3rd row seating car. After test driving both, the ascent was a lot more comfortable. Also, I’ve heard nothing but good things about subarus in general so decided to go with this car. The sale itself which happened in fall of 2019, was fine. However, I’ve had nothing but problems with the car since I bought it. It’s been in the shop numerous times for various reasons (some recall but most not). It’s now in the shop again for the same issue that has happened 3 times now. The black lining of my windows as well as side mirrors have melted 3 times, the hood had to get replaced twice because it would shake every time I drove about 45mph, the computer of the car is always messed up and can’t use the maps and phone at the same time, and several other issues I have experienced. Granted it’s all covered under warranty, being in the shop so much has prohibited my husband from driving Uber which is his part time job. So not only do we frequently have to take the car to the shop but we are losing out on money because it’s there so often and we can’t use the courtesy car to Uber. It’s just very frustrating that I’m paying so much for a car that always has some th info wrong with it. More
My story begins on May,16, 2021 with the EXCELLENT service I received from the Ciocca Service Department. Mike Saraceni and the Ciocca mechanics were able to detect and correct an obscure problem with service I received from the Ciocca Service Department. Mike Saraceni and the Ciocca mechanics were able to detect and correct an obscure problem with the EyeSight system in my 2018 Legacy. This obscure issue went undetected for months by my prior Subaru dealership. Mike's Team also alerted me to additional preventive maintenance that should have been performed but was overlooked by my prior Subaru dealership. To alleviate any concerns, Mike sent me videos of my car being serviced as verification that the work was being performed. My prior dealership is now my former dealership. While Service repaired my Legacy, I was provided a loaner Outback free of charge. I fell in love with the car. When service on my Legacy was completed, I returned the Outback and told Mike I would definitely be back to purchase an Outback with Ciocca. On June 5, 2021, I contacted Ciocca and spoke with Samantha Fedele, Internet Sales Specialist/Leasing Concierge. I told her I was interested in trading in my Legacy for an Outback and provided her with my must-haves regarding options/features. Samantha went right to work. That same day, I received an email from her with two vehicles that met my requirements, and also included the financing options. On June 7, 2021, I made an appointment to look at the vehicles, and purchased one of them on the very same day. There were absolutely NO surprises. The finance options were as indicated in her email, and I selected the best option for my budget. Dan Berry, Finance Manager, streamlined the whole process and made it effortless ... and painless. I was impressed how quickly the entire process took. Jeff Staver, Sales Specialist, took the time to go over each and every safety feature with me; including the navigation system. He instructed me which applications to download from the Google Play Store which allowed me to program my car remotely from my cell phone. How cool is that! Jeff did NOT hurry through the process; he stated it takes as much time as it takes. He wanted me to feel confident with the cars safety features before I drove off the lot. I have been purchasing cars for over 40 years and have never received this level of care. EXTRAORDINARY sums up my total experience at Ciocca Subaru. If asked to rate this dealership on a scale of 1-10, I would give them an 11. More
After a few months of procrastinating, I finally made an appointment to get my new Forester. I had previously purchased an Outback from Becker Subaru. We sat down and went over exactly what I wanted and did not want in my vehicle. I little while later he came back with the exact vehicle for me. We went for a test drive and I fell in love. I could not believe the smooth ride and all the bells and whistles I did not expect. While we sat in the dealership everyone who walked by said hello and welcome. Marshall took me on a tour of the dealership. I like the fact that I can come in and get my oil changed with no appointment. Every Manager I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and nice. More

Then Alyssa Bragg in the financing department was incredibly helpful and really fun to chat with while going through all the paperwork -- which is typically a lengthy, full process but she made it really fun and easy. I contacted Ciocca when I was ready to purchase a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport because Ciocca had the best inventory of any Subaru dealer in the area. I liked that I was able to express interest in a spec Subaru Crosstrek Sport because Ciocca had the best inventory of any Subaru dealer in the area. I liked that I was able to express interest in a specific vehicle online. Ciara contacted me via email within a day with a quote on the vehicle. I was able to submit trade-in information and other documentation through email. Danielle Lilly was very accommodating in handling the sales process over the phone and by delivering the vehicle to my home. Summer did a great job with the overview of the vehicle when I returned to the dealer for the Love Encore appointment. The only thing I would say was not to my liking was price. I paid up for the vehicle I wanted, and I could have gotten more for the trade. However, I think this was largely due to limited inventory at the time, and they did throw in a couple accessories. Hopefully the global market will improve, and they can offer better prices in the months to come. More
