Unfortunately that isn’t the case in this particular situation. When I initially reported this back in 2019 I got the same canned response. Please call…. I did, quite a few times and not surprisingly not a return call about the situation. I did get lots of calls and emails when my lease was coming due, specifically a huge interest if I was going to buy or lease a new car. So, let’s say I call you back as you say I should. The incident happened 2 years ago, the car has been returned to Ciocca for almost 2 weeks. If Ciocca had no interest in calling me while I was an active and engaged customer, what should I expect from Ciocca now that I am no longer a customer and will not recommend your dealership? What positive outcome do you see from Ciocca if I should call like you suggest? In my experience, Ciocca is in it fir the sale, once they’ve sold you the car, you’re done.

I just got a call from the dealership. Cheyenne called, saw that it was my anniversary for the Outback and wanted to see how it was going and if I had any additional questions. I leased the car in 2018 with a 3 year lease and turned it in a few days before the end of my lease in June 2021. They are asking me for my input to see how I am enjoying a car I no longer have and that I turned into them about a year ago.
