Our sales specialist Jakob P. did not try to sell or pressure us into anything. He presented us a certified pre owned vehicle that was an upgrade from the vehicle we lost but slightly more cost effective than the one we initially asked to test drive. We were able to leave with a vehicle that was a upgrade from our previous one without spending as much as we initially planned. The whole experience left us feeling whole and appreciated. The whole team at Ciocca is always performing above and beyond which is why we keep coming back. More

Purchased a new Crosstrek. Anthony was fantastic. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle until the day it arrived. On the day I picked it up he walked me through all the basic features of the Crosste me updated on the status of my vehicle until the day it arrived. Fernando was polite and helpful. We bought a used Ford through him and when the battery failed he came and gave it a booster charge. It failed a week later and after my charge the car was returned for ev through him and when the battery failed he came and gave it a booster charge. It failed a week later and after my charge the car was returned for evaluation. Fernando's boss, Marcus, arranged the testing which resulted in the Ford's alternator being replaced. We picked up the car the next day and were happy with the service and courtesy received from both men and the shop. More
After buying FOUR BRAND NEW CARS from this dealership (1 from Becker ) What a HORRIBLE 5th EXPERIENCE….. After looking at the car I was attempting to buy & letting ciocca Subaru examine my truck. (Wasting 3hrs of my life) We were within 100$s of dollars of making a deal. The next day we agree on a price I then tell salesman to lock up the deal. I call the dealer 1 hr later and ask if I need to do anything. And sales manager TOM O Donnell goes and tells me that there are people currently looking at the car & that it might be sold …. ? Are these the slime ball tactics that this dealership now practices. By the way it appears that most if not all of the BECKER SUBARU staff are now no longer working there. That should speak for itself Thanks a lot for wasting my time. More

Great service. Not many options. With inspections don’t categorize importance of what needs done just pages of maintenance totaling thousands. Always friendly though Service guys are great.
