Particularly the last two's purchases with Ciocca and the two sales reps that handled those transactions with me Dan Maida and Dennis Roberti exceeded all of my expectations throughout the purchases. Most recently Dennis endeavored to find a solution for my needs and all the bells & whistles I wanted and successfully kept me in my budget. Knowledge, perseverance , patience & sincerity is what Dennis brought to the table & I in return reconfirmed my loyalty to Ciocca with the purchase of an additional superb 5 ***** vehicle. Highways & back roads were never so enjoyable - rock on !!! More

Questionable business ethics I just want everyone to be aware that the extended warranties offered at Ciocca Subaru are NOT genuine Subaru warranties. They offer a third party ext I just want everyone to be aware that the extended warranties offered at Ciocca Subaru are NOT genuine Subaru warranties. They offer a third party extended warranty as if it is your only option. I was only told about the genuine Subaru warranty after I asked about it. To me that seems a little less than ethical. At the very least the two warranties should be presented side by side and allow the customer to make the choice. When I told the F&I guy that I thought it was shady to not offer the Subaru warranty I was met with an attitude and boasting about how they are the second biggest Subaru dealer in the country and blah blah blah. Bigger isn't always better. I think in this case bigger equals more greed and being out of touch with the customer. I would, however, like to give cudos to Don Olson. He was very helpful and down to earth. Treated us respectfully and like fellow humans. More

Shawn Parr on the internet end responded to my numerous email inquiries right away, and Sales Consultant, Craig Luksa handled the sale seamlessly. Jake Marcus was great with the paperwork in the end, and I believe it was "Chris" who spent over an hour going over all the tech features in the car with patience and great knowledge.
