Between the informed sales staff, Ciocca promise, and large Subaru selection there isn't much that could be better while searching for a new vehicle. Troy Eckhart, our salesperson, provided excellent insight into the different features and was responsive when it came to matching my needs in a vehicle. The other large benefit was the selection of cars on location, afforded to Ciocca as they are a prominent dealer in the Northeast. This allowed for various models with different packages to be inspected and driven, allowing for one to make a one-stop-shop for comparisons and such, rather than popping back and forth between dealerships. All in all, the experience was hassle-free and enjoyable for a car purchase. I must add that they go out of their way to help resolve any issues/questions you may have and take care of them immediately. Highly recommend this dealership. More
