I was really surprised when he offered me the opportunity to take a 40 minute test drive (round-trip Ciocca to my home). This test drive answered a lot of questions about the car’s performance and capabilities. The large inventory on Ciocca's lot was a big help for deciding on which Crosstrek version and color I wanted. The sale prices quoted in Ciocca's Morning Call newspaper ads and also listed on a popular on-line car pricing service convinced me that I would get a good deal on the new Subaru Crosstrek that is now sitting in my garage. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to deal with Chad Batchelor and with Ciocca Subaru. Would I do it again? Yes indeed! More

I am one of the few people that go into a dealership knowing what I should pay, and what I shouldn't. I can sell snow to an Eskimo, so I know when I'm trying to be sold, I know it, and I don't like it. Nev made sure I knew what I needed to know but didn't try to SELL me on a car. I really liked him. His GM was Steve Parr. I did not like Steve., the epitome of a sleazy car sales man. That aside, Nev was the best. Took me through the steps of buying my car, super enjoyable. When we sat down to pay for my car (I payed in cash) the financial guy did not know what he was doing and tried to throw the extended warranty down my throat. NOT OK. He sucked and didn't even deduct my deposit from my price. Nev caught the mistake and fixed it (thanks Nev). Days later, financial guy is still calling me. Guess what? Not buying your extended warranty. Anyway, if you want a Subbie, ask for Nev. He's the best. If Steve Parr is working with you, go to another dealership. And if someone says they are new at the financial part, ask for someone else. I do recomend the car I bought, it is the absolute best! Love my "Sabastion the Super Subaru"! More

Promises then Condolences purchasing the car was easy. getting the registration with the correct name now thats the difficult part. the only thing we wanted was the reg to have purchasing the car was easy. getting the registration with the correct name now thats the difficult part. the only thing we wanted was the reg to have my wife's name on it. this apparently cannot be done even tho they promised up and down that it would. if she was not on the loan i would have gotten one over 1% lower which comes out to be about 2k less. they do not offer compensation just condolences "Sorry but we cant do anything" stay away from these lairs. Anything to sell a car.Gregg was the absolute rudest person i have ever dealt with at a car dealership. More

One of the advantages of a large scale operation in the steady supply of incoming cars rather than having to acquire specific cars from other dealerships as smaller dealerships often do. I found the salesperson (Troy Eckart) to be knowledgeable, personable, patient and a very straight-forward negotiator... overall very professional. Jake, the business manager was equally so as well. Overall, the 'purchase experience' was five-star. More

Second when I got there I met Nev Pinnock which helped me from the beginning how to choose a car since I had my doubts between the Imprezza hatchback and the Cross Trek . He asked what i was looking in a car , all the gadgets I wanted . He is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Once I've found the car he explained how to use all the new things the car has . The trade in part was done without a problem , the price was right for me too. I definitely would recommend visit this dealership and have the opportunity to deal the buying of your new car with these gentlemen !!
