Between the informed sales staff, Ciocca promise, and large Subaru selection there isn't much that could be better while searching for a new vehicle. Don Olson provided excellent insight into the different features and was responsive when it came to matching my needs in a vehicle. This allowed for various models with different packages to be inspected and driven, allowing for one to make a one-stop-shop for comparisons and such, rather than popping back and forth between dealerships. All in all, the experience was hassle-free and enjoyable for a car purchase. I must add that they go out of their way to help resolve any issues/questions you may have and take care of them immediately. Highly recommend this dealership. More

I drove a Forester and an Outback, the Outback won me over, And Ben was able to point out the differences in the ride to me. I am truly pleased with the experience I had at Ciocca. Even though I am planning to keep this car for years, if my plans change, I will be going back to see Ben. More

Felt no pressure to buy I gave the overall rating as excellent for one reason only the sales person we dealt with, Christian. The experience we had with him was a pleasure I gave the overall rating as excellent for one reason only the sales person we dealt with, Christian. The experience we had with him was a pleasure from the start. He asked many questions during our first meeting that lead us fulfill the purchase of our new car. Christian worked with us each time we came to Ciocca to get us one step closer to the purchase of the car. He did this by keeping us informed on the incoming vehicles in order to meet our needs. Every time we left Ciocca I did not feel any pressure that we had to buy that day. I felt that he was there to meet our wants and needs which in turn got him a sale. At some point I felt that the service manager although we never met because he was busy on the phone was pushing Christian to close a deal. Christian did not buckle under that pressure he continued to service us. Christian also had a very upbeat attitude which in turn comes through in his love of the job. I'm sure he will continue to be very successful if he maintains that character and attitude. The dealings we had with Mohammad although were brief were still pleasant. There was some confusion with the extended warranty, which was quickly discussed. Gregg Ciocca Jr stepped in to assist in resolve this matter. I surely do hope that Mohammad learns something for our experience and uses it in customers in the future Thank you for trying to offer us some things to keep us satisfied. We do not need take advantage of those offers what we want is take from this a lesson learned Thank you Gregg for your trouble. More
