Also my delivery specialist John Antigua gave a very professional and detailed presentation on the operation and use of all the Legacy functions. Took his time and addressed everything; sometimes twice if he thought we were puzzled or had questions.. He even gave us directions to a restaurant in the area. Looking forward to the service and quality of work from the service center. Although my C/U financed the car Mike Vannote went over the paper work and extended warranties with a casual and informative air. A comment my girlfriend made was that I bought a $23,000.00 car and they gave you a Ciocca plastic key holder but when she bought her Honda CRV the dealership gave her the metal Honda key holder that they sell. The guys there took such great care of me and my son. We picked out (had to order) the best and safest car on the road for my family, and I had an absolute blast talking with Nick and Jake. They explained everything well, were sincere, and were overall the complete package one would need to make such a huge decision. I cannot explain in words how helpful these two were. I hope my Forester lasts me 15+ years, but whenever that fateful day comes, I know where I'll be going back.... I've been working in customer service for 13 years, and I call it when I see it. Best car buying experience ever! My husband has had a Subaru for years and we decided to look on the internet for one for me. Ciocca responded to our search and invited us to come to the dealership. We met with Bob Pavone on a busy Saturday morning (just to look) at our options. We felt so at ease with Bob - he was like dealing with a good friend or family member! There was NO pressure to buy whatsoever. We looked at several cars, drove two of them and decided then and there that we wanted a Forrester. Along with feeling completely at ease with Bob, we were treated to lunch!! The folks at Ciocca could not be more welcoming. We would heartily recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying/leasing a car. We were made to feel like VIPs by Bob, the Finance gentleman, Todd, as well as the friendly and knowledgeable young man (John) who showed us how to use the functions of the automobile. AMAZING!! I literally tried this dealership off a whim. I don't live close by any means, but I am so so glad I decided to take my business to this dealership! I am not perfect in my credit history, it is harder for me than most to get a car ( at least I thought)! I was able to get a car by myself, but a nice one at that! I bought a 2014 Honda Civic and love it so much!!! The respect I got from everyone was impeccable and how friendly the staff was is truly remarkable! I will defiantly return for that reason! This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with! From the beginning with talking to Jeff, then to Nick who helped me get into the car I really wanted and the finance guy I wish I remembered his name, but he also was great! More
