We were all a bit apprehensive because buying a car can be so stressful. We could not have stumbled into a better dealership! Our salesman was Mike Mohr. He was so nice, polite, patient, and had a great sense of humor. This immediately put us all at ease. He explained things to us in a that was easy to understand. He helped our sons girlfriend get into the perfect car. Everyone from sales, the managers and finance was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were treated with the utmost respect. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience ever! Mike truly went the extra mile. We are so appreciative and grateful for everything that Mike and the Ciocca dealership did for us. Honest,Friendly and straight to the point. I contacted Ciocca Subaru through their website and spoke with Jeff. He confirmed the availability of the exact vehicle I wanted and we essentially negotiated a price over the phone that they honored when I arrived at the dealership. I was traveling from NYC and wanted to make sure it was worth the 2+ hour drive. Jeff put me in contact with Frank Renna. Frank was honest and straightforward. No gimmicks and no attempts to increase price or sell me anything that I did not want. He was proactive in starting my paperwork and contacted my insurance company ahead of time to prepare as much as possible so that I would be able to walk out of the dealership as efficiently as possible (which is what I wanted). I appreciate that he was helping me do that (instead of what other car dealerships typically do - waste a lot of my time trying to sell me things I did not want). It was a cold day and Frank even heated up the car for us so it was warm for us once we got in! I needed financing for my vehicle - the only thing about my experience that could've have been better was the wait time to see the finance person, Chris. The dealership was extremely busy - a lot of people there on the coldest day of the winter - so it was understandable. I got there an hour before close around 5pm on a Saturday and we were the last customers leaving there around 8pm. Chris, however was great just like everyone we worked with at Ciocca. He is honest and friendly. My wife and I brought our 3-yr old son along because we didn't have a babysitter to watch him. He was getting impatient after a few hours of waiting. Chris was friendly with my son and help us keep him engaged so he was happy. When 3-yr old is happy, mommy and daddy are happy too. I NEVER buy extended warranty or maintenance packages but Chris was so honest and was very capable of articulating value of those packages. He NEVER pressured me with any of the words that typical salesmen used and that ultimately convinced me to buy the packages. Overall, I love my new Subaru and think they offer the best vehicle for the price. I will look at this brand in the future, but most importantly, I will go to Ciocca Subaru first (even if I have to drive over 2 hours to get there) because of the great service, the honesty of the people working there. I highly recommend to my friends and everyone buying a car to consider Ciocca first. I did not get compensated in any way to write this review. More

Excellence in execution My wife an I purchased a 2016 Crosstrek. We had been looking at a car for her for over a year. She kept coming back to the Crosstrek as what she like My wife an I purchased a 2016 Crosstrek. We had been looking at a car for her for over a year. She kept coming back to the Crosstrek as what she liked best. So now we knew what we wanted , it was a matter of finding exactly what we wanted. I had tried 3 dealers in my area , None had what we wanted in all areas. So I searched Autotrader and they showed that Ciocca had not 1 ,but 2 of the exact car . So I contacted the dealership through their website. The internet spokesperson answered all my questions and set up a appointment for us to test drive the car. The next day we showed up at the dealership , we went to the car that had my name on it reserving it for us, which I thought was a fantastic touch. We test drove the car as our salesman Andy explained all the features of the car. We decided it was the one for us, We had a few more options that we wanted and they added them to the car as we filled out the paperwork. Then finance took over and we secured the loan and were ready to head home with our 1st brand new car in almost 30 years. Everyone at the store was very nice ,making sure that everything was as great as it could be. In closing I will most definitely encourage anyone who is considering a Subaru to check with Ciocca 1st. They have a huge inventory of cars so it is very likely they will have exactly the one your looking for. More
