I dread getting a new car more than going to the dentist. However, Jeff made our experience smooth and painless! He worked hard to get the monthly payment at our price range. He accommodated us with our crazy hours. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from the secretaries to Austin and Mike in financing. Everyone had a smile on their face , which showed us it is a pleasant place to work. We know our car is safe and one of the best out there because we visited the LV car show as part of our research. When my husband can fit well in a car, it is one for us. We are excited to attend a class with Austin soon. Kudos to Jeff Staver!!! More

troubled cars I bought 3 cars in 2015. 1 was damaged at lot and the other 2 were consistently taking repairs. I have 1 of them left and in 3 months over $5,000 in I bought 3 cars in 2015. 1 was damaged at lot and the other 2 were consistently taking repairs. I have 1 of them left and in 3 months over $5,000 in repairs and back in for more repairs now. I got a professional review from another mechanic saying that theres enough evidence to prove the vehicle was sold with the problems. Ive given the dealer the benefit on the first 2 but after a third time. Never again, I even called to get service under warranty and was told not to wory about it that it was normal for the car. 200 miles later, now out of warranty im paying those $1,000s in repairs. Also found out my interest rates were a rip off. I can get rates 60% lower on my own than they would give. I was given a rate at over 6%. I could've got my own financing for only 2.75% on a used car. Watch out. They are happy to get the deals and make them sound good, but the truth underneath is far from honest, integrity, and truth. If you buy here expect costly repairs. Ive spent over 50% of the cars value in major repairs. More

All our apprehensions were put to ease with our first introduction with Mike Mohr during out 2016 visit to the LV Auto show as well as our meeting at the dealership the following week. He was very well versed at explaining the Subaru model we were interested in but also answered our every question with no hesitation. The Legacy model we chose has met our needs very well so far. Greg is no I nominate Greg Fichter as the Sales Specialist of the Year. At a dealership that prides itself on customer service, this guy is Exhibit A. Greg is not your typical car salesperson. He redefines the traditional car buying experience. His enthusiasm for his job and his customers is evident from the moment you meet him. He obviously loves what he does for a living. And it showed in the way he treated me – more like a friend than a customer. He was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and a darn nice guy. The kind of salesperson you can recommend to your family and friends with absolute confidence. Greg’s commitment to customer satisfaction is exemplary. He made me feel like the main reason he came to work on the day I was there was to make sure I was completely happy with the Outback I purchased. Minutes after meeting him, I knew I had made the right decision to drive the 180 miles from my home in Severna Park, Maryland to Ciocca. The deal and Greg were worth every mile. His tutorial on the features of the Outback including the Navigation system, StarLink, and EyeSight was excellent. He went over everything on the instrument panel, all the gauges, and controls, very thoroughly and methodically. He patiently answered every one of my many questions and made sure I understood every one of his answers. Before I left the dealership I was familiar with all of the Outback’s bells and whistles and how to use them. On a scale of 1 to 10, Greg is an 11. He personifies outstanding customer service and is truly and authentically exceptional. More

I had been interested in a new car for a few months and scheduled a te From the first interaction online through delivery, it was a great experience! I had been interested in a new car for a few months and scheduled a test drive online for a Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited with navigation. I received a response immediately letting me know I would hear from someone during normal business hours the following day. Sure enough, a nice email was sent to me asking if I had any questions. I set a time on a Saturday morning to come in for my test drive. I arrived in the showroom, checked in and was greeted by Nick Mann who would assist me throughout the rest of the purchase. He showed me the Legacy I was interested in and allowed me to go on a test drive both on local roads and on the highway. He explained the car to me and made me feel at ease. Upon arrival back at the dealer, he asked if I would like to go over numbers and such. Never once did I feel like I was being forced to purchase which I really appreciated!! I followed up with him the following week via text message (which was a huge plus since it is hard to talk on the phone due to my job or in person due to my hours). I even had found another offer at a competing dealer that was better. Ciocca stands by when they say, They won't be Undersold! Nick came back to me saying they would match the offer! On the day of the delivery, I noticed a few scratches in my Legacy. Not only did Nick apologize, but so did Ray the sales manager. He came out and took pictures of the scratches, apologized, and promised this would be fixed. I was even impressed with Sara the delivery specialist who went over any questions I had about the car. She even scheduled a visit for me to return and answer anymore questions that would come up after driving my car for a few weeks. I've been with others when they purchased vehicles from other dealers and have heard horror stories of poor deals and even been chased on the lot to purchase a vehicle. Not at Ciocca! You're treated with respect here by down to earth employees who want to make the car buying experience as smooth and stress free as possible. More
