Excellent Salesman Scott I was in the market for a new Subaru Forrester. The first dealership I visited I felt really pressured. The sales person was very pushy. Scott Broda was outside as I pulled up. Greeted me and the sales experience began. He knew everything about the car. Pricing was right on the money (as I had done my own figures prior). Hats off to Ray Alvarado for finding the car I wanted. Also thanks to Jake Marcus for making the paperwork painless. Jake was also very good at explaining all options to me. Also thanks to Austin for explaining all the features of this marvelous 2016 Subaru Forrester. Service department, not so sure. Bad experience this week. Had to return car for some final preps and was promised the car Thursday morning at 7:30am. Arrived to return rental and pick up my finished car. NOT READY!!! A simple telephone call on Wednesday afternoon would have prevented my aggrivation!!! Customer service. All in all I was very pleased with the dealership. Special thanks to my great Salesman Scott Broda for bringing my finished car to my place of employment which saved me another trip back to the dealer!! More
