The BEST car buy experience I have ever had! Donald OlsonIII was our sales person. He explained the process showed us the exact car my wife wanted. I have had six Volvos in the past years so I was concerned about the safety as well as the quality of ride. Don as well as the new car assured my concerns were not warranted. After the drive Don informed us of the price gave us a price for our trade and we signed the paperwork. Mohamed was the next person we saw who explained the financing in a manner that was understandable as well as explaining all of the finance options we had. We chose the one we liked and mover on to John. I do not remember his last name but my wife would. John explained how the controls of the car worked as well as the touch screen which was confusing. John was very patient and went over the same thing/process several times until my wife sort of got it. Then he said that he would be holding a class to go over everything again and gave her a book to write her questions in for the class. Outstanding!! My wife and I are not only pleased with our new Subaru but were completely impressed with the sales staff and their ability to make our purchase easy and pleasing.
