Greg met me at the dealership when I arrived and took me for test drives in both the Forrester and Outback. We then went back to back to the dealership and Greg provided me with the leasing options that I requested. After making my decision, finalizing the leasing arrangements with Mohammad Masud took little time. the whole process from start to finish to less than three hours. When I came to pick my vehicle up the following Saturday, Greg was again there to meet me and the final walk through took only minutes. Greg was pleasant and knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. Greg is a good guy and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. More

I guess Ciocca needs an IT guy to teach them how to use computers. If you cant honer your Ciocca Promise you shouldnt use it to sell cars. More

Bait and Switch is alive and well at Ciocca Subaru Why did you call me yesterday to ask me when I was coming to test drive the car so you can get it ready for me to drive? When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the car was sold two days ago? I could not redeem my certificate for the 25 dollar gift card because the car I wanted to drive was not there and maybe didn't even exist. Took me 20 mile drive to and from for nothing. I will be filing a complaint with Subaru management and the better business bureau. This is what is called bait and switch and is an unethical business practice in Pennsylvania. I did buy a Subaru at a Honda dealer later last night and guess where I'm NOT getting it serviced at? I was also an existing customer of ciocca Subaru and Volkswagen and needless to say, will not be patronizing any ciocca dealerships in the future and will share my story with my friends. Still waiting for paper work We bought a Forrester 8 months ago and still no paper work. I went back into the dealership over a week ago and asked why. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and common courtesy we were met with. The person at the dealership took our purchase agreement copied it and said I'll give it to the person that handles it and just walked away. To this date I have received no follow up call to see if it was resolved and I still have no paperwork. When we bought the car our salesman was very helpful and we did have a good experience, so much so I referred a friend and he also purchased a car from them. its a shame that the management or at least the person I had the misfortune of encountering are so rude. My wife and I do like Subaru's but I can assure you I will never refer anyone or buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
