It started with emails and phone calls to the dealership regarding a specific model, color etc. They responded quickly and were knowledgeable about the vehicles they had in stock (which were many). The best price was offered right from the start. We skipped the sales pitches and negotiating of price. The price they offered was the best around in PA as well as Northern NJ. In comparison to the other Subaru dealerships contacted across the two states they excelled in best price, responsiveness to the customer, and knowledge about the vehicle. We only went to the dealership when we knew were were ready to buy. Our experience at the dealership was outstanding as well. We did not wait for a sales rep to be available and he was well informed of our phone conversations without needing to recap the work already done with the manager on the phone. Getting an appraisal for our trade in was quick and they returned with a fair offer that matched the range predicted based on the Blue Book Value. Again there were no deals or scams at play. While waiting for our paperwork to be complete we were comfortable in a customer lounge. The sales rep passed us along to the financial manager who closed the loan and was thorough in his explanation of extended warranty options. Again, I did not feel any pressure to accept these options. I was simply being informed. Finally we were connected to another employee who was a specialist regarding the features of the car. This person set us off to home with the bluetooth connected, navigation system set up and a brief tutorial of the safety features of the car. Each employee was friendly, courteous, knowledgable and extended themselves via email for any additional help that we many need with the car.
