Great buying experience I worked with Nick Spiezio to purchase a new Subaru Crosstrek. I am not one to enjoy a pushy sales person and the whole haggling process. So working w I worked with Nick Spiezio to purchase a new Subaru Crosstrek. I am not one to enjoy a pushy sales person and the whole haggling process. So working with Nick was a relief. We found the vehicle that suited my needs and we were able to come to an agreement the same day over the phone. All I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork. For this part of the process I worked with Mike Vannote. He was also a pleasure to work with and was even able to get me a lower rate than I was able to get with my bank. So that was much appreciated. I would definitely work with these two again in the future! More

worth the extra hour trip I did a lot of research between the Subaru and the Mazda and finally decided on the Crosstrek. I went to two other Subaru dealerships (both about 10 I did a lot of research between the Subaru and the Mazda and finally decided on the Crosstrek. I went to two other Subaru dealerships (both about 10 minutes from where I live) and one was informative but that was about it. The other was very good - informative, personable, listened well and provided me with a very good deal on the Crosstrek and my trade-in, but the car was "on route". A good friend of mine, Bill Lauer, encouraged me to take the hour and a half trip to Ciocca. I went out of respect for our friendship, but had no intention of buying a car. Mike Mohr listened to what I wanted and what was already offered, gave me some good professional information to questions I had, showed me some options and then with Steve Parr made me an "offer I could not refuse" on a car that was exactly what I wanted but with some "packages" thrown in - bottom line is great car, with more, for the same price and I could drive it home - which I did. Great people selling and great people servicing (my friend's position) - crucial for me when making such a large investment. Thank you. More
