poor customer service I've been here many times in the past. I came across a few issues that required assistance through the dealership. I've am never able to reach the peo I've been here many times in the past. I came across a few issues that required assistance through the dealership. I've am never able to reach the people I need. The finance department told me they would call me back with information regarding my car and never heard back from them after a month of waiting. I've called my sales person numerous times over the past 5 months and he won't even call me back. You'd think after buying nearly 9 cars from the same sales person you would get some kind of response. Hey how did he know I wasn't calling to buy another car from him. Well funny thing is I was looking for a car and ended up buying from another dealership. I currently have 6 calls into to Ciocca and 4 or 5 emails sent with absolutely no responses from any one of them. Even the used car manager can't follow through with a return call when he says he will. I called Jared in March and still haven't heard back about the service issue with my vehicle. Well definitely can't and won't ever go back there since they can't return contacts or follow up with there long time loyal customers. The only thing they do contact me about is buying more cars. Seems like they are all about taking your money and not helping. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS DEALERSHIP! I noticed that they sold off a couple locations. They must really be loosing business. Makes sense if they treat everyone like this. The last time I bought a car here I really felt like it was a bother for them to help me. I drove 2 1/2 hrs and no one would even go over the features in my car and I was rushed out the door and told by finance that if they helped me they would get in trouble. The manager was supposedly at a show that night so it was my problem. I paid off my car and they can't even assist me with getting the title. No one seemed to have it and was sent to a FCU that I never financed with. Good thing I stepped up to take care of their mistakes. It would've take them another 2 1/2 years to fix that problem like my warranty did. I never bough a Certified car because I was never that such a thing existed until I called Subaru of America. Probably would've bought certified. Guess the dealership didn't know about it either. More

But I was pleasantly surprised with the experience at Ciocca. Kyle Booser is a polite, articulate and knowledgeable young man with whom I was happy to negotiate. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, asked questions and followed up on my inquiries promptly. In a very short time I was able to get the deal I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and acquaintances. More

Ciocca was a 45 minute drive from home but well worth it. They had an extensive inventory of all Subaru vehicles. The salesman, Chad Batchelor, was extremely cooperative and answered all our questions. We found the dealers pricing to be exceptionally reasonable probably in part due to their enormous inventory. We highly recommend this dealer. More
