Not only did the dealership have an extensive inventory from which to choose, but we were offered a fair and hassle free buying experience. Our salesperson, Don Olson was an absolute delight to deal with. Easy going, more than patient, (there were 4 identical Foresters that matched our color and option requirements). We test drove 2, but I swear he would have driven around in all 4 in order for us to come to a final decision! I can't say enough about Don's overall knowledge of the Subaru product and his willingness to answer any of our questions at the point of sale and moving forward. Unsatisfied with my Impreza disappointing noises Just bought a basic model Subaru Impreza from Ciocca Subaru this past weekend... Car worked flawlessly for the first 300 miles then developed a nois Just bought a basic model Subaru Impreza from Ciocca Subaru this past weekend... Car worked flawlessly for the first 300 miles then developed a noise under the car that sounded like a tin can rattling in downshifts.... Took it back thinking it was loose heat guards on the exhaust... It was not... Mechanic had no idea what was going on and had Subaru engineer look at it ... They said its normal !! Lol lol lol you kidding me?? So needless to say I'm an unsatisfied customer that don't want this battle box... Thinking out only has 400 miles I don't unsatisfied customer That they would try to make it right... Lol they wanted me to take a $1500 hit xxx!!! And the automatic one I was going to trade was at near suggested retail price ... How's no sound!!!!! Hopefully this will make one or two of the readers on here that ciocca Subaru is only concerned with $$$$$$$ rather than customer satisfaction More
