This is the fourth car that I've purchased in my lifetime and this was by fa My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester Premium from Ciocca. This is the fourth car that I've purchased in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest experience to date. You know that feeling that you get when you go through all of the haggling and negotiating and you are sort of angry after all is said and done? I never had that at all. Seriously, I felt good the whole time. I started working with Shawn Parr last Sunday and we were in the showroom on Saturday. Shawn offered me a price that my wife and I were comfortable with and I never had to haggle. I was wary about working with Internet sales because I never had before, but the experience was just easy. Shawn worked with me to approximate a value for my trade-in over email. I was afraid that our trade-in would be undervalued when we got to the dealership, but we walked away happy with what we got. I even jokingly asked Shawn if they had a bow for the car, like in the commercials, and he found one! My wife got a kick out of that. Craig Luksa helped us seal the deal at the dealership itself and he was professional and courteous. I really can't stress enough that this was the most pleasant and easy car buying experience of my life. Ciocca for sure has our business from now on. More

I thank him for his patience. Would have liked the experience better, though, if the finance gentlemen had explained better and more slowly (there were two of them). Older folks like my husband (87)and myself (81) need more time to absorb and ask questions and I felt that the finance session was somewhat rushed. I appreciate, though, having a copy of everything we signed to take home and read over carefully. Ciocca is a new agency to me, having dealt with Honda for the last 20 or more years. That turned out to be a great decision. The day we went we were introduced to Christian who could not have been more helpful. He was polite, well spoken, and was able to answer all of our questions regarding the 2017 Outback models that we were interested in. The selection of vehicles was extensive and Christian was quite willing to let us check out as many vehicles as we wished. In the end we selected a vehicle that met both our needs and budget. I would recommend Ciocca and their pleasant helpful staff, particularly Christian, to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. We are very happy with our new Outback and pleased with our decision to visit Ciocca Subaru. More
