The entire deal was practically worked out remotely. Traveled out from Pgh to the dealership to get my trade-in assessed. They provided a better overall deal than folks I was working with in Pgh. Mike handled the on-site time, moving everything along knowing my wife, dog, and I were travelling back to Pgh. The entire staff was easy to deal with; including the financing folks (purchased extended warranty). They even tolerated our dog in with us. Nothing but good things to say about the buying experience. Drove back to Pgh in the new WRX. More

It was a two week process that almost completely pain free for all parties involved ( A rare feat in a new auto purchase). The deal began with Shawn Parr over the phone and internet who skillfully found my car with all the extras I wanted at a price that Icould live with. I finished my negotiations with Steve Parr when I called and Shawn was not available. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted at the door and taken to Greg Fichter. Greg was a true sales professional who was ultra competent in all areas with my multiple questions and request. His knowledge about my new outback including features that Ididn't know exist was truly impressive. Greg will be selling me a wrx in the near future! The only negative was that I was misinformed about the dealerships ability to transfer my NY plates and will have to get new plates( I hate the ugly new plates NY has). This cost me about $250 extra which the dealership tried to make right by taking $135 off the car. Not great but better than nothing. More

I also use them for service- the Ciocca Service Dept. and its personnel are great- hands down the most friendly and accommodating staff I've ever experienced. True professionals! More
