Slow service. Mike Kubus was not the issue with this dealership. I had to sign the same exact papers 4 times because he said he kept putting the wrong date on them. He also pushed extra warranty and service packages aggressively which after waiting in a waiting room for 4 hours you start to just agree to so that you can leave. Tried to get my money back for the packages and all they did was pay some of the loan which only paid interest on the loan. I wish I remembered the name of the finance person however it was about 6 months ago. More

Wonderful car buying experience! I've heard horror stories about the wheeling and dealing that goes on when you go to buy a new car. My experience at Ciocca Subaru was very different. My salesman, was upfront and had my best interests in mind when picking out cars for me to look at. It was a very enjoyable experience and I never really felt any pressure to make a decision. Much better, than other dealers I've been looking for a specific car little over a month. Great buying experience- worth the trip! This was all around a great buying experience. We are about 4.5 hours away from Ciocca and found the vehicle on the internet. It's a pre-owned Toyota, This was all around a great buying experience. We are about 4.5 hours away from Ciocca and found the vehicle on the internet. It's a pre-owned Toyota, it was great price, and remote negotiations and information were fast and easy with Shawn Parr's help. We put $500 down to hold the vehicle so we didn't drive over for nothing (refundable if we didn't buy, but it was applied to purchase price when we did buy), and everything was great when we got there. Mike Mohr took good care of us once we arrived, and Shawn and Mike had as much as possible prepped and ready to go so we could get back on the trip home as soon as possible. The vehicle is 7 years old, but Ciocca Subaru made sure it was in tip top shape. Their reconditioning and the mechanical work they performed went above and beyond. On the day we were coming, Mike noticed the battery was a little weak and had a new one put in right before we arrived. No pressure from anyone, it was as good as it gets. They really work to make sure you get a vehicle you'll be happy with and will be reliable for you- we couldn't be happier! More

I emailed Ciocca (and 4 other Subaru dealerships) stating exactly what I looking for, and Shawn got back to me in literally about 10 minutes with by far the best price and exactly the terms I was looking for. Every other dealership apparently didn't read my precise request and/or came back with prices that were ridiculous, in spite of the fact that I informed them right up front that I am a very savvy customer, and had zero time to go back and forth haggling. Shawn got that. His first price was awesome, and he was great to deal with in every possible way. It is 100% because of Shawn that they got my business. EVERYONE I met and worked with from Ciocca is smart, pleasant, helpful and has a sense of humor. (Nick in sales was super helpful in answering my technical questions about the vehicle, too. Very knowledgeable.) Basically, they look like people who enjoy working there! I imagine this comes from the top down, too, and I bet the owners are good people. If you are looking for a Subaru, I would highly recommend Ciocca! I personally wouldn't go anywhere else after the wonderful experience I've had there. And as I'm a die-hard Subaru fan, they have a customer for life! More

From the initial meeting to the handing over of the keys, my salesperson carefully explained pricing, financing, car features and how they operated. Patiences was shown whenever I needed repeated clarification,some of this new automotive technology takes awhile for me to understand. The buying process was thorough but done in the shortest amount of time I ever spent buying a new car. Having a knowledgeable and professional salesperson greatly helped. Without a doubt I would recommend Subaru as a very high-quality car and Ciocca Subaru as the the place to buy it! More
