I recently had the CVT on my 2019 Subaru Ascent break down while visiting in Pa. The first call I made was to this dealership. No matter what the advertising hype tells you, their service is HORRIBLE!!! down while visiting in Pa. The first call I made was to this dealership. Though I was treated very politely, I was given the runaround, with no options to resolve my provblem I asked for the manager and waitied interminably, before hanging up. The second call I made was to Faulkner Subaru in that area. They have been fantastic! Take your business there!!!!! More
