Went for State Inspection and Emissions, left with a 2025 Subaru Legacy, couldn't pass it up. Ayoub, my Car Sales Specialist, was there to help me thru my purchase. He did an excellent job. Moe , i 2025 Subaru Legacy, couldn't pass it up. Ayoub, my Car Sales Specialist, was there to help me thru my purchase. He did an excellent job. Moe , in financing, talked me thru signing all the final papers. He explained every paper I signed. Ayoub and Moe , did their job exceptionally. So , in closing , If you need a Subaru , go to Ciocca Subaru , ask for Ayoub , he will treat you right and Moe in financing will make signing all those papers ,a breeze. More

Went to purchase a car we had researched and the sales person had us drive 3 others before we got in the car we wanted - 4 hours later. We ended up purchasing (the car we asked to drive first but drove la person had us drive 3 others before we got in the car we wanted - 4 hours later. We ended up purchasing (the car we asked to drive first but drove last) the beginning of August and nearly two and a half months later STILL don't have title or registration (so driving on expired temporary tags). Purchased in PA, registering in Texas. Now they claim we refused to get a state inspection, are refunding our registration $ and we will go through the process on our own. First, we wouldn't have paid the registration $ if we were refusing to get an inspection or we didn't clearly discuss you would be managing that process, and second, Texas doesn't even require a state inspection for brand new cars (also discussed at the time of purchase)! THANKS for not returning phone calls or emails, and completely dropping the ball. We will not recommend or be back. More

I was pleasantly surprised when I met with Jonathan again. I had test driven a Crosstrek Premium a couple weeks before with my sister. This time I was by myself and had my mind made up pretty much. We again. I had test driven a Crosstrek Premium a couple weeks before with my sister. This time I was by myself and had my mind made up pretty much. We took another test drive in a 2024 Horizon Blue Crosstrek Premium and that was it for me! Sold! I have it 2 weeks this past Wednesday and am very happy with my first new car in many years! Thank you to the other staff members as well(Angel , for one) cannot recall one other! More

I can't say enough about Ciccoa Subaru. Everyone there goes above and beyond. From the people who clean to the manger. I had never had a bad experience there .
