I was well-satisfied with the whole experience. I found everyone I dealt with to be gracious, welcoming and very sensitive to my personal needs. (I walk with a cane and am slower than others.) Of course, I spent most of my time with Scott, who was thorough and explained all that he was doing as we proceeded through the sale. i spent about 2 1/2 hours with Scott to finalize the deal. Scott Harvey was recommended to me by James Reilly, a current and past owner of Subaru and who accompanied me on my first visit to Scott Harvey. He made the appointment with Scott Bregman, as he dealt with him when he purchased his Subaru. Generally, the dealership was attractive, well-kept and well-located.
