I would never purchase a Subaru from Coleman Subaru. A month after purchasing a NEW Subaru my oil light come on - I brought it in to be serviced. I was told I must have an oil change. They explained they month after purchasing a NEW Subaru my oil light come on - I brought it in to be serviced. I was told I must have an oil change. They explained they needed to change to oil so they can monitor the level. I agreed but asked for it to be at no cost to me since the car was a month old and had under 1,000 miles, they refused and forced me to pay! Coleman Subaru also takes advantage of its customers by encouraging owners to change synthetic oil every 3,000 miles instead of every 7,500 miles the manual suggests. The survive depart told me "nj has hazard driving roads which is why the oil needs to be changed more often" I don't know about you, but the roads by me certainly aren't hazard. I currently have been going to Flemington Subaru and find them to be professional, helpful, and caring towards the customers. More

Bought a 2012 Sedona LX with power package, got a better price than Carsdirect.com, Costco and Sams Club auto buying programs were offering. Perhaps that was partly due to a snowstorm at the end of the month, just before expiration of dealer's incentives programs... Jeff was very friendly and helpful, the office manager was OK too. Very little sales pushing (considerably less than other dealers were trying to do), no game playing. Would not negotiate the originally quoted price, but that price was already very very decent (see above). Not sure how typical our experience was; but would certainly recommend to at least give them a try. More
This was the first time I actually enjoyed the experience of buying a new car. Our salesman Jason Harris was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. He never applied sales pressure, he answered all of my questions honestly, and displayed an excellent depth of knowledge about the vehicles. He was the first car salesman I ever met who said something negative about a car he was trying to sell us. Why did I like that? Because no car is perfect and he acknowledged something minor about the vehicle we both agreed it was lacking. In the end, he gave us a terrific deal and even told us about a competitive rebate we didn't know about. And it doesn't hurt that we love our Kia Forte Hatchback. After the sale we came back because we needed help in setting up Bluetooth and Sirius Satellite Radio. Jason spent about 15 minutes doing everything possible to get us up and running in both areas. It's very early in the relationship, but so far our initial experience with dealership management has been positive. We only had one visit for service and that was our first oil change which was paid for by Coleman. Everyone seemed very friendly and courteous. More

This dealership is not worth your time and may end up costing you.... My recent purchase as a repeat customer to this dealership has been a really bad experience and I learned a lot of lessons. They operate on a high pressure sales approach in which they practically force you to take posession of a vehicle without paying, having a trade there to be evaluated, or even if they closed 2 hours before. Then once the deal is signed they start to change what they said and what's included. They also have cars posted on their website that are listed w/vin numbers but the model is not the true model of that vin. Avoid them at all costs! Their sales manager Chris Bennett is the most condescending arrogant sales person I have ever dealt with. He could care less about whether you go away as a happy customer and will tell you so with a smile on his face while lying right to yours. They don't care about their customers, they don't care if you are a repeat customer, they don't care if you left their dealership happy. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING THE MOST MONEY THEY CAN OUT OF YOU, EVEN IF IT'S DONE DISHONESTLY! More
