By far one of the nicest and most genuine sales people I have ever deal with! Brian is the kind of person that makes car buying more enjoyable. He has a personality and heart of gold and is definitely on your team when it comes to car buying. I wish it could have worked out but his finance team leaves something to be desired. Would love to see Brian being treated as he should be. Perhaps he will find his way to a better dealership soon. I wish you the best Brian! More

Pete was personable and made me feel at home during my test drive and negotiations, as well as following up with all phone calls afterwards. I never felt uncomfortably pressured to make a decision, and they were polite and supportive when I told them I went with another dealer. More

We would highly recommend the salesperson Brue Barcalow. from the very beginning he listened to what we wanted and gave us a lot of attention . I have disabilities and he had a great deal of patience with me. He even said I could come in after the car was brought. That he would answer any questions I might have. The price he gave us was the same from day one till we got the car. The whole experience was wonderful each person at coleman was helpful. They got us the exact car we wanted at a good price. the car is wonderful and so is coleman subrau. . I am sure I will have this car for many many years. Our 2007 was also a outback and Dean Hervey has always explained why the car need the work done on it. this is a great dealership. Genny Currier More

Brian excels at his job because he was very informative with everything he knew about the car we wanted. We bought a 2017 Subaru Forester. This was our second Subaru Foreste because he was very informative with everything he knew about the car we wanted. We bought a 2017 Subaru Forester. This was our second Subaru Forester that we bought from this dealership. Brian was very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there and ask for Brian to be their salesman. More
Smooth Experience I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Coleman Subaru. I was shopping around for a good deal as this would be my first purchase; I previously leased. I was leasing a 2013 Ford Cmax Hybrid. I had only 3 months left and was hoping they'd take care of the payments and put whatever equity it had into the purchase of the new car. I emailed Coleman Subaru inquiring about originally a Forrester and I was torn between the two. I saw they had competitive prices on their site and was going to give a sales price upon inquiring. I heard back from them after sending a inquiry email. The prices were competitive. The quote from them of a Forester Limited (top line models) was 31K and Outback Limited 33K. Only 2k difference. I was floored as all other dealerships were quoting around 34-35. I then went in to take a test drive as I've been test driving the model a couple times and just wanted to remember how it drove. I met Peter Duma. He was very friendly. I told him I was interested in 2 models and we test drove a BUNCH of them. I test drove a Forester Premium as they didn't have a Limited version, but that was ok since I drove a Limited model at another dealership. He disclosed to me he was slightly new to the dealership, but that was ok as he answered all my questions and was very friendly with no pressure at all. We then test drove a Touring Model which was great, but I personally wasn't crazy about the brown leather. I then test drove a Outback Limited which felt so much more luxurious and drove a bit smoother than the Forester. I knew I wanted the outback after testing it, but wanted to make sure if I put down a deposit and I changed my mind, that switch to purchase a forester would be no problem. He said it wouldn't. I went in to do paper work as they did not have the Limited Outback Model on the lot, but could get it for me at another dealership no problem. They were able to find and hunt one down. Upon figuring out the ford leasing situation it was best if I just went and terminated my lease with ford, as they could not do anything. This wasn't their fault in any way as it was the 6th dealership that told me they could not break my ford lease. So, I returned it myself to Ford with no problems (yet). I filled out all the paper work went over it and it looked ok. I left my deposit and was told the car would be there Sat (it was Wed). Come Saturday, I called to be picked up as no one reached out to me. Peter hopped on the phone and said he'd pick me up no problem. He even picked me up in the vehicle I was buying. I went back to the dealership with him and went through all the paperwork. I went into the finance office. We went over all the standard paper work. I did notice that they had a typo of the price off by a couple dollars which I was annoyed about, but I showed him the original quote and he changed it no problem. I also notice they put a etching fee on the paperwork, but they removed it as well. They also forgot to apply the deposit to the down payment, but again no problem, they changed it again. They tried to sell me on warranties and other stuff I didn't need, but I was firm I didn't want all that extra stuff. After all said and done I was in and out of the finance office in 20 minutes or less. Peter then took me to my vehicle and walked me through some things of how it works. He went through a checklist and I signed it took my keys and left. Some Negative Parts of my Experience. These are just minor things I noticed. First, completely my fault, but my vehicle was not completely detailed. Upon being picked up, I asked to be picked up in my vehicle and I was told it was being detailed. I said it was ok if they couldn't, but I'm sure Peter had them stop what they were doing so he could get me with the vehicle. No problem. When I went outside to check the car my girlfriend noticed a couple nicks and marks on the car. When I looked at the mileage it had about 200 miles on it. This was understandable as people test drove it, which I'm sure dirt and small pebbles nicked the paint. It's so small you can't notice unless you're really looking for it. I pointed it out to peter and he said he would order touch up paint for me for those little marks. I figured if it's a brand new car it would not have these marks, but given the fact it had 200 miles It was understandable. Though, I wonder if they showed me before hand if that would have changed the price slightly? That was the other fact, it had 200 miles on it. As I said I understood this given it came from another dealership and people probably had test driven it, but I wish they would have told me before hand of how many miles were on the car. I'm sure it was buried in the paper work I signed, but I honestly don't remember seeing it. Another thing I noticed, on True Car the average amount paid for the model of the car was a a little less then what I paid. I don't feel I was ripped off, but I was told by Angelica on the phone that they would match Truecar value. The Truecar Value was 31-32K. I was quoted 33K (Before tax), assuming they were matching true car after asking. 1-2K is a lot of money, but it's already done, I don't think it can be fixed. After a couple days driving it. It's a smooth ride and still has that new car smell. My only small complain is the My Subaru Starlink isn't the best system for iOS connectivity. The pandora is spotty when playing music and I feel I'm taking my eyes off the road more fixing the problem it's having then driving the car. I kind of knew this going in, but I didn't know it'd be this bad. I still cared more about the reliability of the brand than the entertainment system, otherwise I'd get another Ford. I really hope sometime in the future that Subaru will release a update or at least have the option to upgrade to a system that the new 2017 Impreza's will have. Other than this, I felt my experience was good. More

He was good and not pushy...totally patient with me and my usual list of questions that I can tell other dealerships did not prefer. He took time with me and didn't rush my purchase and was honest about the best possible deal..he smiled a lot too with me and put me at ease with this purchase..he went beyond and offered me free car mats ...I want a hamster too I told him..he told me to come back and he'd have one for me..go see him at Kia on olden avenue..you will not be disappointed by the team effort and everyone working together. Thank you to Scott Kent and Curtis..i love my new Kia soul and the incentives. Fantastic 100000 warranty and even roadside assistance...so I still have Aaa..ok I'll use it to get my travel books but Kia roadside assistance is better.thank you again Brian Bonner. More
