He took the time to explain the various features of the car in detail, not wasting time but making sure that we understood each feature. He also followed up a few days later to see if we had any further questions after we had been driving the car a few days. He was pleasant, friendly, efficient and very knowledgable. After we had put down a deposit on the car and came back the next day to pick it up, the office had redone the paperwork to reflect a new rebate which had just become available from the manufacturer. Used Outback Great team at Coleman. I got a good price on a used Outback and a hassle free deal. Within 10 hours of driving it off the lot, one of the new tires on Great team at Coleman.
