Easy Peasy I recently bought a brand new Subaru Outback at Coleman Subaru. I had shopped around locally but got the best price offered at Coleman. A wonderful car shopping experience. We worked with Kevin Foreman he very personable and he was very knowledgeable about Kia Sorrento and Kevin stayed on the job even though we couldn't get the first car because of our credit, Kevin was able to find us a beautiful Kia Sorrento. We also worked with Scott Kent another very personable person, he helped find a bank to finance our loan as well as working with our Trustee so we could afford the car. Brian work with us one day when we looked at the second Sorrento that we were able to get in our budget, all employee know the job, very friendly and we would highly recommend Coleman Kia to friends and tell them to ask for Kevin Foreman or Brian, they will be treated in a professional manner through the whole process. 2017 Outback purchase After some initial car shopping, I knew I wanted an Outback, had researched cost, but wasn't sure what trim or color. My son had referred Scott after a positive lease experience. I did price comparisons and Coleman was equal or below others in area. I drove several for comparison, and when I wanted to see one more, Scott was able to get the red Outback very quickly. He gave me time to consider without pressuring me (I appreciate being left alone when I'm making decisions) and when I decided on it, he even got me to the dealer the following day so I could drive it home. This is my first purchase experience with Coleman. I expect to be just as positively impressed with their service. More

To be honest, he is one of the main reasons my husband and I returned to purchase our vehicle here after shopping around at other dealerships - because of the professionalism we experienced dealing with Frank. I have purchased many cars throughout my life, and this was BY FAR the best experience I have had! Frank was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at. He was polite and willing to do whatever he could to make our experience at Coleman pleasant while providing us with all the necessary information we needed to make a good decision regarding our new purchase. There was no pressure whatsoever. It was obvious when he said "Do you think I might be able to win your business?" he was asking sincerely. Even our business office experience was painless. No pressure, to the point, done deal! Frank assured me that if I needed anything to 'just call' and I believe him as I have already taken him up on it!
