It was more like marketing hype than a true dealership commitment to serve customers. At Coleman Subaru, my wife and felt like we were the only customers that mattered. Definitely felt like more like a soft sell rather than a hard sell. I sensed that Pete and Chad really wanted us to like them and to feel like we there most important customers, in spite of the fact that asked a lot of questions, took a great deal of time to consummate the sale and pushed hard to get a price that worked for us. On the day that we picked up our new Forester, I especially liked the willingness of both Pete and Chad to fully explain the various, and seemingly innumerable, features, that came with the vehicle. More

Sold on the Test Drive! I entered this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. We had been true to another Japanese brand and now it was time for a change. With his expertise and great personality I was assured that we were buying the right car, standard AWD, pre-owned certified and everything else I wanted (and nothing we didn't want). It was a busy time for this dealership and although I spent too much time trying to wheel and deal, Mr. Duma was patient, and I did purchase this car for the Kelly Blue Book Value (I checked!!) The entire purchase took 2 days, but well worth the wait.
