You're not just a "customer," you're treated like a friend. Brought my 2012 Kia Sorento in at end of January just to get an oil/filter change and tire rotation for my trip the next day to North Carolina. As Eric took care of my car (as he has so capably, courteously and professionally done since I purchased it Aug 2011), I wondered the lot to check out the new Kias. Shortly, I was joined by Todd Garry of the Sales staff. I told him I was just waiting for my car being serviced, and in fact, he wouldn't need to spend time selling me on a KIA as my Sorento has been one of the most reliable, serviceable and truly "functional" cars I have ever owned, and the service at Coleman is exceptional. I shared with Todd that I got 76,000 miles on my original Kumho tires (which wore absolutely evenly, and still even had tread enough at the end to pass Pa inspection)! The car is just a kick to drive, never veering left or right heading absolutely straight as an arrow down the highway (thus, my great tire wear). She's quiet and roomy (I'm often asked to drive when 3 couples are going to dinner because of our 3rd row of seats), and even though only a 4-cylinder, my Sorento loves to "purr" on the highway at 80mph if I don't watch myself. Earlier in the month, I had occasion to jump my son's one and a half year old car with my 5-year-old battery (...I've never gotten 5 years out of a battery, ever)! Long story short, I love my KIA and as I told Todd, I'd be most pleased to tell my story and advise prospective KIA customers they will be so very impressed with the professional and friendly staff they'll find at the Coleman group in Ewing, NJ. More
