Avoid at all costs Horrible service center. Wasted 3 hours of my time gave me an appointment for 3PM. I drove an hour and a half to get to the dealership and they did Horrible service center. John that service manager did not help at all. He as very rude and got obsessed with the fact I slipped cuss word into my sentence due to my frustrations. What is he my mother? He got in my face and was basically threatening me with his gestures. Very unprofessional and could not solve my issue at the time. There are plenty of Subaru dealerships around to choose from, AVOID Coleman Subura unless you want to waste your time. Only helpful person in the entire dealership was Pete Duma, but sadly he's in sales and could not help me. TL;DR Service Center has horrible service, choose another dealership. More

I’ve had awful experiences working with car salesmen - I dread working with slimy car dealers even more than I dread a dentist visit. I showed up, picked a new car from the lot & requested to test drive it. I was hoping to close a deal that day - I was anxious, incredibly skeptical of the veracity of car salesmen, buying a car is a stressful ordeal! I was told the car would be driven around for me for two hours. After TWO HOURS of being told “the car would be driven right around” and several requests where I had to approach someone to try and figure out what was actually happening because “the car had not been driven right around” - I am not making this up - I found the car hoisted on a lift in the garage... the sales manager then approached me in the garage while my jaw was on the floor first to tell me “well we put in a new battery for you!” and then asked me to look for another car for a test drive while they continue to work on the car... ?!?! It turns out - the car battery needed to be jumped, then the car needed gas, then an errant light came on, then the battery wasn’t charging past 5%, then a new battery was put in, then the sensor light wouldn’t go off - this was a 2 HOUR repair on a new car with neither the sales manager or car salesman explaining what was happening instead deciding to tell me over and over to “remain patient and the car would be right around”. Then - cherry on top - I was told if I had made an apppintment the experience would have been diffrerent. Unsure exactly how an appointment would have changed the circumstances for this problem car - but even more confusing was I actually being blamed for their poor service and dishonesty!?! While I appreciate not allowing a faulty car be test driven. I would have appreciated honesty up front versus wasting my time more & they would have guaranteed a lifelong customer. I believe they wasted my day along with any shred of confidence these salesmen were trustworthy. I won’t be back & will be sure to share my experience with others to stay away. More

He saw the deal through getting me to finance car via dealer vs blank check car loan I had bus my bank. I was not treated like a quick used car sale but like a full customer of Coleman.
