Incredible Car Buying Experience! I found the car that I wanted at Coleman, called the dealership and spoke to Tina Bennett. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and answered all I found the car that I wanted at Coleman, called the dealership and spoke to Tina Bennett. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and answered all questions that I had about the car and the overall out of state purchasing process. I drove to Coleman Subaru the same day (2 hours) and was immediately welcomed by Tina and Vince Comerford. Vince was extremely knowledgable, professional, transparent, and very easy to get along with. I have purchased several cars but Vince and Coleman Subaru provided the best overall experience to date. They were able to provide great financing options and even returned my leased vehicle to the local Lexus dealership so I could drive home in my new vehicle! Purchase replacement Subaru vehicle I was in an accident with my 1-year old Subaru Crosstrek, that I had purchased with the "Eyesight" feature. Honestly, it saved my life a week ago. Whi I was in an accident with my 1-year old Subaru Crosstrek, that I had purchased with the "Eyesight" feature. Honestly, it saved my life a week ago. While driving into an intersection on a green light, a car ran a red light, I did not see the car but the Eyesight system automatically brought my car to a complete stop right before impact to the front right corner of my car. I didn't have any reaction time to actually hit my brakes. My car was totaled due to the frame and engine being moved/bent beyond repair. I only had a few bruises from the seatbelt, that's it. I phoned Peter Duma, told him that I might be needing a new vehicle, and what I was looking for. He was so helpful in searching for another vehicle due to my circumstance. He had a couple options when I came into the dealership. He knew exactly what I wanted, and didn't try to show me anything that I didn't. I only drove one, the new Subaru Outback Limited, and agreed it was perfect. Peter was able to get great financing and pricing due to being a repeat customer. I then met with Mike bolden for the financing, and he was fantastic in getting everything ready, I just had to sign the paperwork. Then I was able to get a quick tutorial by Peter of some new features, and drove my new car home. A great experience. More

Great people I have been a long time customer of Coleman, first leasing Kias. This time I decided to purchase a Subaru. Michael McMullin was my initial salespers I have been a long time customer of Coleman, first leasing Kias. This time I decided to purchase a Subaru. Michael McMullin was my initial salesperson. He was very nice,knowledgeable, and patient since my situation was a little complicated. He found the right car for me. When I finally purchased the car Vince Comerford was the person who worked out everything with my automobile insurer and answered a lot of questions. He helped take everything out of my old car to put in the new. He laid down my all weather mats and explained some features for me. He is so nice while also being professional and is very knowledgeable. I even reached out to him later via email and he responded immediately and answered some specific questions I had and even sent pictures so I could better understand. Michael Bolden completed the financial part of it. Michael is also so nice. He leased me my Kia Forte and showed me everything I needed to know. Very knowledgeable and again so very nice. Everyone is the service department is also wonderful. I can't say enough good things about everyone. More

Better dealers selling same model I had some minor issues when i picked up my 2019 Sportage (bad choice - lousy gas mileage). There was a rattle in the dash and the digital mileage dis I had some minor issues when i picked up my 2019 Sportage (bad choice - lousy gas mileage). There was a rattle in the dash and the digital mileage display was acting up. The service dept. did a great job addressing them but my salesmen who acted like my friend when I got the car could not even follow up with a phone call to see if the issues were corrected. Also when I got the car the washer fluid was empty, were was the car prep. Other dealers give at least one free oil change, nothing from this one. I was told that I was moving to a better car, up from an Optima I had leased, because I was going into an SUV, really, more then half the conveniences on the Optima were missing on the Sportage, great planning on Kia's part. Also when we were talking I was told that Jeep had a lot of issues and complaints, well Jeep is Motortrends SUV of the year, not Kia. So I made a really bad choice, never again. More
