Gave up on this place after several bad experiences with the service department. The final straw was them not having tires for our car for an appointment we made 2 weeks prior specifically for tires. Since they recently renovated the service area I thought maybe I'd give them another chance. Made an appointment for 10:30 this morning for rear brakes. Show up at 10:15 and was told they have no brake pads in stock and will be calling an auto parts store for brakes (I could have gone to Meinecke for the same pads at half the price). As I type this it is now 3 HOURS that I've been here (again, I had an appointment) and still waiting. I guess the improvements were to the building only and not their customer service. Avoid this place! More
Ciocca Hyundai of Quakertown does UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, UNETHICAL service on their client's vehicles. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. --- On March 29th, 2024, I brought my 2023 Hyundai Elantr DISRESPECTFUL, UNETHICAL service on their client's vehicles. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. --- On March 29th, 2024, I brought my 2023 Hyundai Elantra to this dealership for a oil change based on recommended service date. I have the service video of the service technician, Frankely Ramos-Gonzalez, stating that the car is in fantastic shape (weekend car) and recommended to clean and lube my front brakes in addition to replacing my wipers. I declined the additional work and took the car home. The same day, I noticed the A/C stopped blowing cold air. After taking a look under the hood, checking the compressor, fuses, etc. I noticed that there is a sensor that no longer leads to the rest of the wiring harness. (SEE ATTACHED PICTURES) From the images, I suspect (and it is CLEAR) that this sensor has been intentionally cut and tampered with using wire cutters from how clean cut the black harness tape, wire, and copper inside from BOTH the sensor side and wiring harness side is. The remaining portion was tucked under the harness in effort to hide it. I brought the car back April 15th (earliest appointment avail.) to have it fixed and covered under warranty and the diagnostic technician claims it's due to rodent damage. Please, GOOGLE rodent damage wiring harness and compare. Additionally, rodent's would typically make nests and shelter in addition to the damage. The diago tech says the sensor cannot be ordered separately so the entire harness has to be replaced costing 7.5K in parts and 8.2K in total. I do not live in Quakertown. I live off 309, the car is parked in one of the cleanest neighborhoods, one of the busiest streets with no exposure to trash. There is little grounds to claim rodent damage on a suspended wire away from the engine block on a car that sits 4+ days out of the week. This service department and service technician Frankely Ramos-Gonzalez are doing unprofessional, unethical work to good, hardworking people within the area. As a concerned citizen, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. To Ciocca Hyundai of Quakertown, please do not continue to do this to good people. This is NO WAY to handle business and offer service to the people of Quakertown. More
I took our 2021 Palisades to Ciocca Hyundai to address some rattling noise coming from the rear passenger side wheel well. They didn't have the parts in stock, so I had to come back. They addressed the driver's side while the work order clearly listed the passenger side. So, I had to go back AGAIN. After they "addressed" the correct side, it still didn't fix the problem. Other work needed to be done, parts not in stock again, and now I need to go back a THIRD time. Third time's a charm.... well not entirely. While they finally fixed the rear strut issue, I also asked them to check our steering column because it makes a weird rubbing sound. They handed me my keys, said the car was done, and they never even looked at the steering issue (even though it was listed on the work order). And good luck getting a call back from a manager. I would not recommend Ciocca Hyundai to anyone, as they clearly have demonstrated to be incompetent and asleep at the wheel. I'll happily take my business elsewhere going forward, and I suggest you do the same as well. More

This was the second time in two years that my wife and I got a new car at Ciocca Hyundai. Surprised by the other reviews saying no “bs” because this was one of the worst sales experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. Presented with a horrendous first offer by the salesman on the vehicle (pr this was one of the worst sales experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. Presented with a horrendous first offer by the salesman on the vehicle (prior to even running my credit) only to have the manager (?) come over and insist that we don’t know how to use a calculator. He also asked me what’s preventing me from being at a 900 credit score.. probably because the highest it goes is 850, but again, I was told I was wrong about that too. Insufficient ability to solve problems and explain the math. Even after we made the sale, it seemed like we were bothering the salesman but towards the end of transaction he was more than happy to assist, probably because they screwed me over and he realized he was going to get a nice commission. I even have a family member who worked there so I was torn. My car, which was a lease from Ciocca was at their collision center. It was declared totaled. My insurance company was calling me daily saying they were trying to arrange for the vehicle to be picked up and Ciocca was not getting back to them. They gave me the name of the person they had spoken to and they also left them follow-up messages daily. I called; still Ciocca delayed. I made it clear I was going to be beyond the approved days the insurance would pay for a storage fee at Ciocca. The insurance agent warned me this is a scam garages run. They run up the bill as much as they can. Sometimes the insurance pays it. Sometimes the customer has to pay it. I had to pay a little under $500 in storage fees out of my pocket. Spoke to Ciocca about this repeatedly; they repeatedly promised they would look into it and get back to me. Never called me back each time. Because a family member worked there we have purchased or leased at least 6 cars there. I will never bring them my business again. They completely ripped me off. More
