I went the dealership in early May to see what they had in stock and found a couple I liked and decided to look into them and test drive two of them in which i ended up putting money down on one toward end in stock and found a couple I liked and decided to look into them and test drive two of them in which i ended up putting money down on one toward end of day and told them i will be back next evening to start the process to buy it so when i came in that evening i seen car sitting in front of dealership looking a little cleaner and went in with my wife to see about getting the sales started on car and found out while waiting that they were planning on closing deal and delivering car that evening to our surprise and the salesman that i was working with came in during his nonworking hours to get things going but left before it was done and had another take over for it and by the time we got done completing the sale and dealership history lesson it was past closing time and I basically went home afterwards on a Thursday night and was basically thrown in car and have at it on figuring it out for a few days and when i went back to dealership one salesperson was nice enough to show me the car features and explain everything to me and get me my full tank of gas but the salesman that got the sales was not very helpful or around after completion of sale of car and I feel he is also the blame for an ungiven and unauthorized Email being added to my account which caused a bunch of issues for me since it was added and took over being the main email on my account and me not getting any more emails on car and somebody else was now getting them which was a family member and how I found out about said issues and when I called about it I was told nothing can be done or they couldn't find it or fix it over a few different calls to dealership and headquarters then it got worse when satellite radio called and wanted to join my accounts with another car in which i didn't even owned but said family member did own so i made another call and complaint to headquarters and got a call from general manger who was able to fix the email issue but couldn't answer how it happened in the first place and heard me out on how the whole new car delivery was the worse I ever experienced and that i still had plastic on the car from shipping and was never cleaned right or delivered correctly and their competition is so much better at it and than was told he will fixed the car cleaning for delivery and have salesman call me and to set it up which I am still waiting on since May 31 plus I put in for gift card which was offered to me and still have not received and that been over a month too in waiting and probably won't get that either as it is another empty offer from a dealership that was only worried about getting another sales kicked out the door and only offering empty promises! I really like the car but not the dealership so far and I am hoping for the service to be better and that it isn't like their sales Department and how they have handled everything in this worse new car experience I have ever had to date! 2023 white Kona N line 1.6 T Awd More

service department made a mess. they couldn't get the wheels off to rotate the tires, so they took a hammer to the wheels and did a good bit of damage, and then never tightened up a they couldn't get the wheels off to rotate the tires, so they took a hammer to the wheels and did a good bit of damage, and then never tightened up all the lug nuts they did loosen. giving the vehicle back to me saying in Jolan Potters own words "Its not worth it" i wobbled and bounced my way home, 60 miles away, at 40 miles per hour, knowing it was not safe to drive. It was not given to them in that condition. I looked at the tires when i go home, and they were down to nothing, these tires were not worn out. they were just starting to show signs of uneven wear, which is why we rotate them. it took a week to get into a mechanic to find what happened. i filed an insurance claim for the damage. and ciocca won't speak to me, another problem, outright vandalism, tampering with the wires. You see, they had my car in the service bay for 2-1/2 hours, and claim it wasn't with it, but what did they do the rest of that 2-1/2 hours? planted a tracking device in my car. their mechanic was very nice. he made more then a paycheck tampering with my car. they didn't charge me one red cent for the vandalism. I paid 2089.36 for the repair elsewhere. and funny, they managed to get my first review removed. More
