This a tough time to buy a new car. Inventories are low, sometimes prices are inflated, sale consultants are "stressed". I did not find this at Ciocca Hyundai. NO high pressure, NO gimmicks, just upfront and honest ! I did my "homework" before visiting the dealership, but to my satisfaction I really didn't need to refer to my "homework" to work out an exceptional deal. Financed thru Hyundia Motor Finance -- an other seamless process ! I live in the Lehigh Valley, and have Hyundia Dealers nearby, but the drive to Quakertown was well worth it !!! More

Found the model/color we were interested in on the Hyundai Inventory webpage. Called Ciocca, they confirmed that they still had the care on the lot, we drove the hour to the dealership. We were greeted at the door by Jamir, Ciocca Hyundai, who took us through the process of the lease. Very professional, and polite. We had done a test drive at a local dealership that we choose not to deal with, due to excessive "Regional Fee". Everyone we spoke with was professional, and courteous. The car, a Kone N Line, was still basically wrapped up from shipping - the car was prepped while we were doing the process. Everything was thoroughly gone over with the lease, and Jamir explained everything once he presented us with the keys. Great experience overall. Follow through after purchase was outstanding. More

Evan Packer from Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown was referred to us by my daughter. We went to see Evan and told him what we were looking for and he was able to show us the only Tuscon that was on the referred to us by my daughter. We went to see Evan and told him what we were looking for and he was able to show us the only Tuscon that was on the lot. We left the dealership to discuss whether we were interested in purchasing the vehicle however, it was sold. We asked Evan to let us know if any more are delivered and he did!
