TURBO We absolutely love our 2017 Santa Fe Sport Turbo!! Evan Parker and Mike (the Sales Manager) were very helpful and professional. From start to finish, We absolutely love our 2017 Santa Fe Sport Turbo!! Evan Parker and Mike (the Sales Manager) were very helpful and professional. From start to finish, Evan answered any of our questions/concerns to the full extent of his knowledge. If we emailed/called/texted him, he answered us within a few minutes of receiving them and even got back to us on his day off. The only thing that we had a problem with is the day of signing our purchase paperwork, we had to wait for the finance manager for a very long time (about an hour and a half). They only had one on duty for a Saturday but I wish they had two - that way the process would have gone faster for everyone, even other people who were buying vehicles. Even though we had to wait, it still did not discourage us from Ciocca or coming back for another vehicle. They were great! More

The employee I dealt with was new...it was his first sale. It was a perfect fit. Though he was new he handled himself in a very professional manner. If he didn't have the answer for me, he made sure to ask an experienced employee. Several employees helped him through process and were very helpful to him.
