When my car got totaled this year, most dealerships were requiring deposits for cars that were not even on the lot and I was told it would be over a month wait. Not Ciocca. Phil was great, I told him exac requiring deposits for cars that were not even on the lot and I was told it would be over a month wait. Not Ciocca. Phil was great, I told him exactly what I wanted and the car was on the lot the following week. It had all the features I wanted and the entire car buying process was painless. Would highly recommend. More
Drove 3 hours to buy a new Palisade in February. I usually don't like buying a car, but we were in and out in 2 hours. Matt Dymit was awesome to work with and first time ever not buying a GM prod I usually don't like buying a car, but we were in and out in 2 hours. BUYER BEWARE! !! THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE CUSTOMERS THEY SELL TO!!! My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from Ciocca in November 2020. The vehicle was/is great and !! THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE CUSTOMERS THEY SELL TO!!! My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from Ciocca in November 2020. The vehicle was/is great and we’ve had no issues with the car itself. Our issue lies with our title and registration. We live in Pennsylvania and need our annual state safety and emissions inspection which was due for renewal in November 2021. While preparing our registration and insurance documents for the inspection we realized we never received our registration in the mail. We figured it likely got lost or something and wouldn’t be a big deal to just renew it online. I needed my plate number and a title number to do so. I tried calling Ciocca around the beginning of November 2021 to acquire the title number. After leaving numerous unanswered voicemails for a guy named Dan, I decided to contact the lender since they hold the title until it is paid off. After contacting them I was told they never received the title from Ciocca and that they had been trying to contact them with no returned calls or emails(surprise, surprise… this becomes a theme at this place) to get the title for there records! Once again, I tried calling Ciocca and was getting no one to answer after talking to the initial secretary. Again, I left numerous unanswered messages and eventually, on December 1st, with an expired state inspection, I drove the 45 minutes to the dealer to try and speak to someone in person since they don’t answer the phone or there messages. Upon arriving, I found Dan was actually sitting at the front desk in the lobby and explained my situation. His words to me were “why do you think you have an issue with the title? I did the paperwork myself!” After he made a phone call to corporate titling, he came back and told me I did in fact have an issue with the title and it wasn’t even titled in my name. I asked him what we could do and if they had a loaner vehicle at that time since I now had a vehicle I couldn’t drive. He told me PennDOT was closed and he’d call me the following morning to get it sorted out. The next morning came and I waited and waited but as you might guess at this point, never received the phone call. I tried calling at 1030ish in the morning and once again was greeted to Dan’s voicemail. I asked that he called back ASAP. At around 1145am I tried calling back again since I still had heard nothing. I was again greeted to a voicemail. I went a little “Karen” and kept calling back and explained that I wasn’t going to wait any longer for someone to call back and that I needed to speak with someone right away… after the third person I was transferred to I finally got to speak with Adam, the used car manager. He was very helpful and was aware of the situation. He told me the title was sent back to Ciocca with a discrepancy in mileage. They resent it out for titling and when it came back a second time it “likely was pushed to the side of someone’s desk and forgotten about”. Adam had a vehicle delivered to my house that day and offered to pay for the gas while we used there loaner vehicle(they never paid this). They had to swap us out of the vehicle 3 separate times(no big deal really because at least we had a vehicle and my wife could cart around our two children) for various reasons. Eventually, around the beginning of January, my wife got a call from someone at the dealership that our paperwork was ready to be signed. I called back and surprisingly got a person to answer. I explained that I wanted to know what Ciocca was going to do about the year that I paid for a vehicle and didn’t own it since there company “pushed it to the side of a desk and forgot about it”. For the sake of the character limit on reviews, I was told rather rudely by Adam that in his eyes we were squared up and it wasn’t his problem since it was “corporate” who made the mistake. I told him I was going to leave a review and he asked “where can I leave a review of you?” I then asked if I was a bad customer and he said “no!” Long story long, I still don’t have a registration on March 7th, 2022 More

This is the second Ciocca dealership I’ve dealt with in Year. The first was the Chevy dealership in Quakertown and then this one. I would highly recommend Ciocca for your next car. A lot of dealerships are Year. The first was the Chevy dealership in Quakertown and then this one. I would highly recommend Ciocca for your next car. A lot of dealerships are asking above sticker price because of the shortage of cars, Ciocca is not one of them. They are friendly, helpful, and courteous. A real breath of fresh air in this pandemic.
